Are all of your products vegan friendly?
Yes. All of the ingredients in our products including the colorants and scents, are vegan friendly. There will never be any animal-derived ingredients in anything at Sage & Prim. We also understand that “vegan friendly” goes beyond just ingredients - we strive to always choose sustainable, earth-friendly options for ingredients, accessories, packaging, and shipping.
Are botanicals, crystals, and other soap “toppings” safe to go in the water?
Botanicals, oats, and other natural ingredients used to create the beautiful soap tops are safe for contact with water and most will rinse away easily. Large pieces of topping, such as star anise, and whole flower buds, etc should be removed prior use to prevent them causing a drain clog. Crystals should also be removed prior to use, as not all crystals are water safe.
Do you ship internationally?
Not from this website, but it may open it in the future. If you’re outside the USA, please message us for a direct invoice or shop on our Etsy shop.
Are your soaps safe for children?
All of the soaps at Sage & Prim are gentle soaps that are safe for use by children with parental supervision. Never allow children to apply soap to eyes, noses, or mouths. Do not allow children to ingest the soap. Small pieces of soap topping, including crystals, can pose a choking hazard to children.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of most of our items, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, I you can email us and we will be more than happy to work with you to make sure you remain a satisfied customer.
Do your soaps contain allergens?
The bastille recipe that is the core of our soap line contains coconut oil, which is known to be an allergen. Other ingredients vary from product to product, please always review the full list of ingredients on each item you wish to purchase before you buy to avoid allergic reaction.
